UPDATED PLEASE BE SURE TO READ:
A subbie said she used 2 8 inch pans and it overflowed into her oven, yikes!
The recipe said to use 2 9 inch pans, it would be safe to use two pans that are larger than 9 inch. I used 2 11×7 pans. If you are going to use 8 inch pans, use 3 of them. Thanks Lynn for letting me know.

preheat oven 350 degrees F.

Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flower
3/4 cups good quality unsweetened cocoa powder
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/3 cups milk
2 eggs
1 stick butter (room temp)
1 stick margarine (room temp)
