Christmas Pudding Choc-Fruit flavoured Cake Pops! A great way to use up leftover fruit cake, or to put a new twist on a Christmas favourite. Impress your guests with your funky, modern version of the old fruit cake.

Use any fruit cake, with some delicious dark chocolate for a rich, fudge, chocolatey fruit sensation – decorate them following one of our 6 great Christmas Cake Pop Decorating Tutorials (links below) or simple roll them into balls and roll in sprinkles for a simple christmas truffle.

800g-1kg fruit cake (28oz-35oz)
300g dark chocolate (10.5oz)
150ml cream (5oz)
