At the ExCel Centre London Cake International Show, David Leslie – London based chocolatiers, hosted a chocolate workshop on how to make truffles.
They filled chocolate cases with a vanilla, orange and praline ganache, then coated them in tempered chocolate, lustre dust and gold leaf to create beautiful and tasty chocolate truffles.
Through out the day they also help workshops using various chocolate recipes, one of which was creating chocolate roses.
